Our OHSE and Quality Management System aligns with the requirements of the international standards below. Where appropriate, Argan has achieved third-party certification and all of our programmes have a proven track record of continuous improvement.
Safety First
Argan Int’s number one focus is the health, safety and wellbeing of our team and associates. We employ a comprehensive and proactive approach that promotes a positive health and safety culture at all times. We are certified by British Assessment Bureau and conform to the requirements of the Occupational Health & Safety System ISO 45001:2018.
We strive every day, in all of our workplaces and locations, to ensure that we create the safest sites for our employees, contractors and clients. This professional and reinforced effort from all members of the Argan Int team supports the Argan Int core value of Safety First.
Argan Int practices safety as a skill and as with all skills it must be taught correctly, checked regularly and updated frequently to keep up-to-date with changes and improvements. Our clients can be assured that Argan Int puts all of our employees to work on their sites with an agreed, assessed and resourced safe system of work, at a safe workstation and with safe equipment.
Health Matters
The wellbeing of our employees is paramount to Argan Int. To educate our employees on the importance of occupational health, we integrate risk assessment, health surveillance and proactive health promotion initiatives by conducting regular awareness programmes, training sessions and wellness campaigns.
Argan Int also operates an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) which recognises that sometimes employees face challenges in their work or home life that require extra support.
