His team is responsible for process optimization, technology selection, and value engineering, which are critical to reducing overall project costs. 
 
A registered Professional Engineer, David has expertise in both conventional thermal power and renewable energy technologies. He is passionate about mentoring young engineers and building a world-class technical team capable of tackling the infrastructure challenges of tomorrow. He holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.

Martin’s tenure has been defined by the strategic expansion of Argan Int’s integrated network of subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners across Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East (MENA). This innovative structure, which he championed, is central to the company’s mission of reducing costs and driving unparalleled efficiency for clients without compromising on quality or safety. Chief Financial Officer, H. Ellalee is responsible for the global financial strategy, fiscal health, and capital structure of Argan International and its network of subsidiaries. Ellalee is a strategic financial executive with extensive expertise in structuring complex project financing for large-scale EPC contracts. She has a proven track record of securing favorable terms for debt and equity financing, optimizing working capital, and implementing robust financial controls that mitigate risk across international portfolios. Her sharp financial acumen and leadership are integral to the company’s mission of reducing costs for clients.
 
By optimizing Argan International’s integrated corporate structure across Europe, she ensures capital efficiency and financial agility, enabling the company to competitively bid on and successfully execute major projects. Prior to joining Argan, Ellalee advanced through key roles in the project finance divisions of major industrial conglomerates.
